For the small automation tasks, we have developed our own control module. At the production change or at the introduction of the new part with similar demands in the production, it can be simply moved to the new machine. The reduction of the cost and shortening the set up time of the machines can be achieved by this way. The supervisory module follows the up to date Industry 4.0 standards. Our own developed software platform enables a direct connection to higher levels of the factory information systems (MES or ERP). The module supervise the process level (the machinery sensors) and communicate to the production control level.
